Contracted Client Files: Under Oregon CCB regulations, tax requirements, and the Oregon 10-year statute of repose for construction claims (ORS 12.135), project contracts, engineering plans, change orders, permits, and warranty documents are retained securely for a minimum of ten (10) years following project completion.
